After all the excitement surrounding the launch of Intel’s 4th generation Core processors, codename Haswell, this month, Scan invites you to join us for an overclocking masterclass.Professional overclocker Paul Watkinson will join our resident overclocking gurus all day on Saturday 29th June, running a number of seminars and tutorials on how to get the most from your Haswell hardware. So, if you’re struggling with the concepts of base clocks, multipliers and RAM timings our experts will be delighted to steer you through the overclocking minefield. Call of duty Modern Warfare 3 'Stay Sharp' Gun Run Obstacle Course
Test your reflexes in our Call of Duty 'Stay Sharp' Gun Run Obstacle Course Competition!!
You will have to run through the obstacle course taking down all the enemies with the weapons of your choice whilst avoiding civilians, and we will then take into account your run's time and score.
Each player is entitled to 5 runs through the obstacle course, the top three times and score's will win a prize!

Alongside the overclocking sessions we’ll also be running a gaming tournament, with some fantastic cash prizes up for grabs.
Scan and Team Dignitas will be hosting a Battlefield 3 tournament, giving you the chance to win fantastic hardware and cash prizes worth over £1,500!
The highest scoring players from each round of Team Deathmatch will advance to the Grand Final, where the matches will be showcased on a large projector screen in our auditorium and commentated by professional Team Dignitas shoutcasters! The games will take place on our high end showroom PCs and everything you need to take part will be provided, so all you need to do is turn up on the day and play!
