" I'd just like to thank you for such a swift service regarding my faulty SSD. I sent my (rather too long) enquiry late on Thursday 29th 2011 and got a response first thing the next morning, offering for it to be returned and tested. I sent it off the same day and when it arrived, it was tested (on the same day as it arrived) and was found to be faulty and I received my replacement today, the day after that, and just 4 working days (including a public holiday) after I originally enquired. Excellent service!! Thank you very much! :) "
