Raised Query regarding failed SSD (OCZ 50GB Agility 3)late night 06/02/2012, RMA raised first thing 07/02.
Returned SSD 07/02, arrived 08/02 and by 13:56 the SSD had been tested and replacement confirmed.
09/02 14:31 Replacement had been confirmed and shipped.
Whole process was perfectly smooth and trouble free with no delays or quibbles.
Expectations set at 7 to 10 days turnround from Scan website and then extremely exceeded :=)
