Bought some extra memory for my 3xs bundle system and it affected my overclock and made my pc unstable.
Phoned Mark in Technical who diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me clear and concise information that was technical but not condescending or patronising.
Arranged an RMA for me and I am a continued happy Scan customer and would never think of going anywhere else.

You guys are one of the best. Thanks for being there for muppets like me :-)
