" Purchased a mSATA SSD to upgrade my tablet, but on arrival it was apparent the drive was faulty. Contacted scan and and spoke to Gareth who sorted it out no with no hassle what so ever. What really makes this special, was the service. Scan arranged the courier to collect the item, they told me the date and the time of collection and that's when it was collected. Item was tested faulty and replaced. All this was done at no cost to me and is by far better after sales care than many of the retailers online today. I would like to offer scan my total appreciation for their outstanding service and say I will definitely use them again.
