Having clicked on "your" happy face, I would like to add a v. big thank you for the HS2-Express service on delivering my DVD drive. Delivered here at St. Ives at 9.50 a.m. Thursday. Having never dismantled a Dell desktop pc before, I was worried. however once The case came apart then your new Toshiba/Samsung drive went in perfectly.
phew...!! However a screen pop-up now tells me it's appropriate driver failed to install (automatically I assume..) So that's my next problem, finding a suitable driver for " TssT corp SH-224D " DVD drive.
