" I have been ordering kit from Scan since about 2011 and in that time, I have probably spent in the region of £5,000 on everything from hard drives to parts for building my own gaming rigs.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank the entire team at Scan for what I believe is outstanding customer service. In those years, nothing has gone wrong. Communication is excellent from the moment the order is purchased to payment, picking, packing and posting.

Today I spoke to Johny (Jonathan) as my most recent order had an item out of stock and not only was he incredibly helpful, efficient and polite, he was suggesting excellent replacement items, (e.g. "Have you thought of this?" kind of assistance). This is just a breath of fresh air and unfortunately is so rare with other internet purchases I make (e.g. Amazon).

I believe it is what sets Scan apart and I can happily say that Scan will be my first port of call for all computing hardware and software requirements long into the future. "
