Scan doesn´t cancel requested orders, they make sure they are picked early next day so that customers don´t get a refund. This is the second time, moving to another hardware shop

Thank you for your feedback and comments,

I apologise you feel this way, if a customer requests an order cancellation it is actioned immediately unless you email a request through and the order is picked or completed before we read it. If a customer phones a cancellation it is usually done on the phone unless we have a number of other calls queuing to speak to an advisor.
