I would like you to recognise and thank Adam today due to the fact even though i am still without my order, i know why this is the case and am now happy to wait the extra time.

You need more people like Adam on you team and less like the rude and very unhelpful agent i was speaking with yesterday i didn't get her name and was very surprised and the lack of customer services i revived given all your awards, I shall continue to use your services now i know you have people like Adam working for you.
