Called earlier with an issue that i wanted resolved ASAP. Olivia resolved my issue contrary to what i'd previously been told. Fixed my order for a next day delivery - genuinely the best customer service i've ever received. Even called me back at the office, left a message and emailed me right away. Will be ordering from Scan again.
