I came into store this morning to purchase one of your F-Series systems, I ended up going home without the system because my bank were apparently having problems so couldn't authorise the payment. The two guys behind the counter who dealt with me for nearly an hour were brilliant, even though I had to go in and out of store about 4 times to call my bank and try and get it sorted they didn't seem to get frustrated or annoyed and I believe they did their best to help me on their end.
I've always dealt with scan via the website and customer service has always been brilliant, glad to see that they're just as good in store. "
