About two weeks ago I have had very nasty situation with monitor, broken by carrier during transport, which I spotted quite late after I receive it, as I was in the middle of works on my rig. Worst thing was, that because I spotted this so late, I haven't had too much time to claim this damage. Thanks to amazing help of those two gentleman (Gareth and Jonathan) you manage to win again "competition" for the best customer service overall PC shops in this country. I haven't had chance to thank you for that, which I do now. Well done Gareth and Jonathan for be so helpful and professional. You make me your regular customer forever. Thank you. "
