" I purchased a 3XS system some time last year and I am very happy with it. A short while ago I realized I needed help with a specific issue that I couldn't solve on my own so I contacted the Scan Support team. I have never dealt with a more helpful/professional team in my life! even when I was losing patience with myself for asking them so many questions the support team were brilliant!

I want to say a huge thank in particular to a person named Josh Hawkins. He has replied to my e-mails almost instantly and with very clear and helpful information on how to solve my issue. He is a credit the the Scan team and I will soon be returning to your store very soon :) "
