I am changing my feedback. I contacted live chat and got Jonny R. He was awesome and said he get the problem sorted. So I am happy. I think you should change your customer service app so it send acknowledgment email as without that it's not possible to know if problem is being looked at. You send so many text for when something is delivered that's its odd you don't send anything for a customer service message.
