" Upon ordering my scan value series PC, there proceeded to be an issue with the graphics card (related to windows 10). I rang up customer service and was helped through many possible fixes by "Josh", incredibly helpful and I cannot thank him enough for his time, effort and great customer service. Scan then replaced my graphics card at no extra cost and the outcome is an amazing piece of equipment. I would like to thank Josh especially for taking 2-3 hours of his time to guide me carefully through many steps and fixes. Overall great customer service and a great computer.
