" I would like to thank Bernard for his perseverance and also update him on the outcome. The good news is that the MSI laptop is covered by warranty until 24/2/17. Thanks for all your help in reaching this happy conclusion. Maybe MSI should be more upfront with their warranties to save you and the customer time.
