" I turned up at the store earlier today, bringing my 12 year old PC which was refusing to fire up the monitor. Jim came down from "upstairs" to help. He first warned me that an aged PC, even one built by Scan, was possibly unlikely to respond to help but, notwithstanding, he said he would take a look. Within minutes, Jim had identified a faulty graphics card. He then advised me on a suitable replacement. All in all, the great service I have come to expect from your company! "
