" I appreciate that the 1080 is incredibly popular, but I believe it would be better if you did not update the estimated dispatch dates to an earlier one. Yesterday, I received an email saying that more stock would be received today and that it would then be dispatched. However, of course there was no dispatch and it then went back to the original date of the 2nd June. I just feel that this form of false hope is not fair on the customer if it cannot be adhered to. Just a piece of constructive criticism. Thanks! "

I can confirm that we did have a small amount of these items arrive yesterday. As you are aware all our pre-orders get allocated a card in a first come first serve service, all the customers within the first queue were allocated a card yesterday. You are currently 32 in the queue, once we receive the full allocation your card will be allocated to you and shipped on a next day delivery service.
I can fully understand that the email you received can be mis-leading, I have passed your feedback on to our team to review.
