I've had FOUR attempts at contacting Scan customer service - all ignored. "

" Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we did receive your messages over the weekend but unfortunately you did contact us out of working hours as our call centre closes @ 2pm on Saturday and we are closed on Sunday. When the call centre re-opened on Monday morning we did contact DPD on your behalf and arrange to have the delivery stopped and brought back to Scan so we could process a refund at your request. We did respond to your email and advise you further, these could have gone into your spam / junk folder. As we messaged DPD there was a slight delay in this information getting to the driver and this has now been signed for, we are fully investigating this with DPD and the driver is returning to your property / area today to resolve this for you. Our Customer service Manager is liaising with DPD and will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.
