Comments:

" My 11 month old 3XS system stopped working. I called Scan 3XS technical support leading to a box load of parts being sent out, followed by a visit from an engineer. The fault was with a component which was replaced on site and the parts not need were collected by courier. From fault to fix took a total of 3 days.

The 3XS technical support team were excellent as was the onsite engineer. I could not have asked for better service from Scan.
