Ben spent 2 1/2 hours with me trying to sort out a Microsoft user issue, that was really a Microsoft problem make more difficult by my dyslexica. He went above and beyond to help me fix the issue I was having that was preventing me from using my new Scan Build. Thanks so much Ben, you are a super star!!!!!!!!!!
Please put Ben forward for a customer service award, as this was above and way beyond his job description....
