" This is my first purchase with Scan Computers and bought a graphics card worth nearly £700. I paid around £12 to have it delivered two days later. Waited in all day and decided to phone DPD who told me the Scan Computers didn't send it to them in time for my delivery day.
I feel very annoyed that I've spent all day waiting for it and spending £12 on postage.

I'm sorry to hear of the delay you have experienced with your latest delivery. We have been using DPD for quite some time now and whilst on the whole issues are very rare. We'd like to sincerely apologise on behalf of DPD for any inconvenience or frustration which may have been caused as a result. A copy of your message has been sent through to the DPD head office for further investigation.

As a gesture of goodwill we will arrange for the carriage to be refunded in full.
