I'm sorry to hear that your not happy with the service you have received. Unfortunately one of the items that you had ordered was a pre-order item with an estimated date of 24 May 2017.

We don't part ship orders, however we do give you the opportunity to change the item or alternatively cancel the item off your order so we can ship the rest of the goods.

I can confirm that a full cancellation has been processed after speaking to our team.
