" I had got a phone from Scan and emailed them to say it was faulty and i'd like to send it back. Within a matter of 20 minutes they had dealt with this and sent me the relevant information to have it sent back. I wasn't sure on what to do and they also helped explain to me clearly on how to send the item back. I'm very pleased with how Scan have handled this and will use this service again!
