" Thank you Scan and in particular the young lady in tech support who sent a replacement mains cable within minutes of my reporting a mismatch between the mains cable and power supply connectors supplied by Icy Box as part of their 4 Bay Icy Box External JBOD system. What service, not Scan's fault but no quibble in resolving the issue.
I've used Scan several times in the past and have always received a superb service and this time was no exception. "
