" I was looking to upgrade my rig with new internals and after heading to Scan I found everything that I was after at competitive prices. The delivery turned up the next day very well packaged and I began building.
During the rebuild I messed up and accidentally damaged my motherboard, I was so angry with myself and dreaded the possible outcome, but after speaking to a guy called Dannie from the returns department, he talked me through some options.
I decided to send the motherboard back and see if it could be fixed, during this process there was a great level of communication from Matt in the returns department and any time I had a question about the process I had a reply within a matter of an hour or two at most.
I was told this whole process would take from 4-6 weeks. I sent off the motherboard on the 16th Nov and I will get the item back 6th Dec so less than 3 weeks.
I cannot recommend this company enough not just for value for money or ease of purchasing but for excellent customer service and friendly staff that are always willing to help. "
