" Good service from Scan - but disappointed with the courier service.
DPD driver went to wrong address and flagged a delivery failure as nobody was in!! I work from home and was DEFINITELY there at the time. The "proof" picture they provide as POD was taken less than 15 yards from my drive!!
Adam in customer service was great sorting the redelivery and getting the exact location of my house on Google maps to provide to DPD (they argued with him as to where my house was!!) - so full marks to Scan on that front.
Please sort out your delivery contractors - they spoil the experience of dealing with what is otherwise a great company "
