" Brilliant service - bought two machines for our design business to replace our aging workstations, but one failed almost immediately.

Despite it being the week before Christmas, Scan had it picked up and returned to us the first day back at the office in the New Year. We were kept informed of progress throughout the repairs and when a motherboard fault was identified (after extensive testing) it was replaced.

Despite the hiccup (it happens, they're machines) we've been really impressed with the service and response. We've also insulated the office with the ridiculous amount of bubblewrap we've accumulated "
