" There was a slight problem with my order and clearly the company went out of their way to get my order to me on time. The sign of a good company is not just getting things right, but sorting the problem quickly if things go wrong. They did just that. I have spoken to a few of the customer service team but can only remember the name of one via the online chat. Her name was Liz and just like the others proved to be extremely helpful and pleasant.
