" I purchased a PC on 11/07/2019 but unfortunately I was informed the item was unavailable, Adam(sorry no surname)from billing called me to inform me of this and then proceeded to talk me through all my available options, showing great knowledge and patience. When I finally chose an alternate PC, Adam then made certain I was given a discount for the item. This is how customer service should be. Adam went over and above his remit to make sure I was happy. Excellent work all round "
