" A terrible site for customer satisfaction. Would never recommend or use this site again. Everywhere I can il leave and say bad feedback.
I ordered a fan and didn't want it no more so returned the item and paid for the postage only to find out scan does not cover and will not refund you the return cost which is another way for them to not want you to send back anything meaning they are untrustworthy. Might as well be called Scam. "

We are sorry to read that you are unhappy with our service. We did receive an email from yourself requesting a return reference number for a product that had already been bought for you.
We issued you with a return reference number for a full refund. Under 14 day rejection, we will accept the item back and process a full refund including your original carriage charge, however unless the item is faulty we don’t pay for the return postage.
