" I've been in contact with scan a lot in the past 3 weeks, speaking mostly to Josh H from the customer support team. Josh has been fantastic in responding to any and all queries I had both over the phone and over email. He's been kind enough to offer his own experience with parts when I requested, and was supremely patient with some of the entry level questions I had.

I also had further communication with Rhys from the team. Although our contact was shorter, Rhys also left a great impression. While I interacted with him less than I did Josh H, I feel confident in saying that anyone would have a top customer support experience with either of them. "
