" I spoke to the tech team when I had a problem getting windows to install on my new PC. Guy and Matt were so helpful, we went through the troubleshooting process over the phone and discussed which parts could be at fault. They helped me narrow it down and we got to the point where I was sending the items back to be checked for issues. Luckily, I solved the issue myself it was something simple and unrelated, but the service Scan tech team offered was brilliant.

If you're thinking of saving a few measley pounds by buying from multiple websites, don't. Just buy it all from Scan, and I'd recommend paying for Scan Protect for additional peace of mind.
