" While I was disappointed that the monitor I ordered had a hardware fault (not the fault of Scan), it allowed me to interact with your returns department, which was an entirely positive experience. Everything was dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
There is always a worry when buying expensive electronics that there may be a fault, but I will be confident to shop with you in the future based on my experience.
