" Having purchased new components including an NZXT motherboard i was impressed with the speed of dispatch and delivery. I was further impressed when I discovered either the motherboard, the CPU or the PSU was faulty as there was no life in the setup. A quick email to Scan technicians resulted in advice to test the components and when nothing worked a further email authorised the return of the components, and collection by courier arranged by Scan. It took just a few days for Scan to test the components, confirm a faulty board and send a new one back with the CPU and PSU. Several emails from the people at the Returns Dept kept me informed of progress and delivery info. The whole process was professional and efficient. "
