" My 12 year old had an issue with the fan on his gpu fan, 10 months after purchase. We came to the outlet this afternoon and were immediately greeted by Yemi at the service counter.

He dealt with my son's queries so patiently, and after testing the card, advised there is an issue requiring returning it to the manufacturer for further investigation.

Yemi was so diligent and so lovely with my son, helping and explaining each step, assuring him that the issue will be resolved.
