" Had an issue with my 3XS system, that turned out to be a non issue, returned my system and although it took a while(understandable in the current situation)the service I received was outstanding. The staff put up with my impatience with a smile and calming words, even when the non fault was discovered. A new mobo was fitted at a very reasonable price, in the current climate and the system is working just fine. The level of customer service, from the girl that answered the phone, to the 3XS techs was nothing short of excellent. Scan has probably the best customer service and experience in the UK and probably beyond. Thank you all so much "
