- Subject: Damaged Neon Tubes
I bought some neons in the original invoice quoted above. One of the blue Neons was broken and you were kind enough to offer to replace it. The replacement arrived today Invoice no however that was already broken as well.

Mr Sutton bought some Blue 12" Neon tubes and discovered one was damaged upon reciept. We despatched a new tube but this one was also damaged. Upon further investigation we discovered that the way in which these products were being packaged from our end was not enough to protect some of them for transit. We took measures internally to provide more packaging for them and we sent Mr Sutton a 3rd tube, which was recieved in good condition. This was Mr Suttons email:
Thanks for your prompt response, your high reputation for customer service is the main reason I purchase alot of my pc bits from scan raher than other suppliers.
All items previously purchased from scan have arrived in prestine condition, so I just hope it's a short run of bad luck for me.
