" Is there any way that on the parcel tracking page we could add an extra line to say the order has been cancelled? "
We thank Phil for his suggestion and we're pleased to say that we've implemented a series of automated emails which we now send to people when they cancel an order and each email is worded to correspond with the exact reason for cancellation. Hopefully this should make the whole process much more clear.
