This has been going on too long. When will these arrive? If it's the White Brick lacie you're waiting on perhaps you might have a higher spec one you could send in it's place, as some kind of compensation for the crazy wait....

We're pleased to say that since Mr Reid sent us this feedback we have designed a set of automated emails which we send out to customers if their out of stock items have been delayed by suppliers beyond the expected due dates.
