Difficult to understand payment procedure;I have no idea if I have duplicated my order - cannot find anything in history. I could not alter my delivery address. No immediate email confirming order.

Thank you for taking the time out to send us your thoughts and feedback on our website.

We feel our new website is much more streamlined than our previous site, it takes you through each stage step by step. You have the option of which day you would like your order delivered, then the option to change your delivery address and then to pay for your order, our payment system lists all payment options and then when ready to confirm the order proceed it should then provide an invoice number to confirm the order has been placed, an email is sent to confirm an order however if you place an order out of business hours while we are running updates the emails may be delayed.

Having checked your online account I can confirm only one order has been received and our automated emails were sent when we re-opened this morning, although payment was initially declined I can confirm payment has now been received and you should expect to delivery on schedule for tomorrow.
